Day 1- Tarangire National Park

Early breakfast at the hotel, clients will be picked up around 0700hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes and drive Tarangire National park. After gate formalities start the full day game drive. Tarangire National Park is one of the largest national parks in Tanzania famous as the home of large herds of elephants and the fascinating baobab trees also called the Tree of Life for the almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. The word “Tarangire” comes from two words of local people language, TARA – Means River and NGIRI – means Warthog, so the true concept of the name Tarangire means the “River of Warthogs”. Later around 1700hrs, exit from the park and drive to the Campsite in Karatu area for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at 0600hrs, depart at 0630hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes to Serengeti National Park with Game drive en route via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive in the late morning at the park and straight away start the game drive at the Home of Big Cats. Serengeti is the second largest National Park in Tanzania. It is also named among the natural wonders of Africa due to its uniqueness of being the only place in the world honored to host the largest and longest migration of over 1 million wildebeest to the Maasai Mara plains in Kenya, while pursued by hungry predators, which makes the struggle of life and death. The name Serengeti comes from Maasai tribe word “siringeti” meaning Endless plains, these vast plains are the origins of the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth. Packed lunch will be served during the game drive in the park. On completing the afternoon game drive, drive to the campsite for dinner.

Day 3 – Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast at 0630hrs, depart at 0700hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive around 1000hrs. After gate formalities, descend down to the crater floor for the game drive tour for the rest of the day. Picnic lunch boxes at midday at the Hippo pool – Ngoitoktok swamp. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is named one of the natural wonders of Africa and a World “heritage site”. The crater floor is covered with a wealth of wild animals, including wildebeest, zebra, gazelles, elands, and a large predator population of lions, hyena, and jackal which can all be viewed at close quarters. Apart from that Ngorongoro crater is well known as multiple land use, because it’s only in Ngorongoro where you can see the Wildlife and people settlements (here we refer to Nomadic Maasai) with their live stocking roaming around, living in harmony. Later around 1600hrs, start to ascend from the crater and proceed to the campsite for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 – Lake Eyasi

After early breakfast, depart leisurely at 0800hrs with packed picnic lunch boxes to near Lake Eyasi. Arrive in the midday for your evening at leisure, where you can enjoy a sunset stroll on the lake shore. Dinner served at the campsite and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Activities with Datoga and Hadzabe Tribes

Early morning you will join bushmen from Hadzabe tribe and participate in their traditional activities and return to the campsite 0930hrs for breakfast while learning more about their culture, languages and their living.  Later that morning you will visit another tribe called Datoga tribe. Here, you will learn how they do blacksmith activities and so much more and visiting their farms and local areas. – Lunch in midday
Later in the late afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha.
